Since young artists are underrepresented in the policy-making process, this project aims to make them more visible, improve their economic status and actively include them in the cultural scene of Pljevlja, especially in promoting local values. "Art Action" implies the organisation of concerts, performances and exhibitions that will attract a wider audience and increase the recognition of the local artists’ work.
