The NGO Xena conceives the project as support for victims of violence, and primarily women and children as the most vulnerable groups. The Center for Counseling Support will directly affect the improvement of conditions for combating domestic violence in Herceg Novi. In addition to integrated support for victims, the project also includes a campaign or TV spot with the aim of strengthening mutual trust. Improving the protection of victims, project should encourage citizens to report violence without fear or dilemma.
