Youth Educational Centre recognizes the importance of promoting youth culture and providing opportunity to young people to be creators and participants of cultural activities. With project Youth Cultural Activism it is planned to create a web site for the promotion of youth cultural activities, but also celebration of the International Youth Day, opening a public call for best works in the field of photography, poetry, drawing, and prose, promotion of the book "Youth and Culture, 2019", and printing postcards with motives from Tivat, sent by youth from Tivat, with the aim of promoting creative young people from Tivat and present Tivat as a top tourist destination.
